Can I wash my bag?

Yes! Hand-washing is recommended.

How long will it take for my bag to be made?

It depends on the wait list at the time of your order. As these bags are made to order, the wait time is usually 2-4 weeks before an order is shipped out.

Once I've placed an order, how long until I can expect to receive it?

After you have placed an order, your bag(s) will be placed in queue and will be made within 2-4 weeks from time of order, (depending on the wait list at the time). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your shipped package.
